Here are all the parts to the kit. All the plywood is 12mm, this is by no means overkill, rigidity is paramount but weight and C of G have to be watched. |

Well here we go. Safety is also paramount. Here I have an air mask to avoid breathing in glass dust and the welding mask and glasses to stop any glass splinters from going into my face. |

I wanted the mirror to be about f5, it is a bit more work but easier to figure at the end. This mirror is referred to, as a fast mirror while an f10 mirror is a slow mirror. The sagitta (depth) of the f5 has to be 3.81mm. In the angle grinder stage I wanted to go down to 1.5mm. |
