Launched by The Murray Pioneer newspaper in 1995, Riverland Internet was the first ISP to provide the Riverland and Murraylands regions of South Australia with affordable, high quality access to the Internet. After evaluating our network in 1999, Cisco Systems were happy to qualify us as a Cisco Enabled Regional ISP. We provide broadband, dial-up and permanent access (24/365) to end-users ranging from individuals with home PCs to large commercial organisations. We have dial-up points of presence (POPs) in Renmark and Waikerie, and an 0198 number for "local call from anywhere". All members are given free space to publish their own web pages. On-line assistance is available to help customers to create their own web pages. We also provide web domain hosting services for a professional web presence. We offer consultancy services including local and wide area networking, Windows, Unix and Linux, corporate email, and permanent connections for businesses. Our friendly help desk is currently available from 8.00 am to 5.30 pm weekdays to help members with any Internet problems or questions. An email helpdesk service is available too.
