Mobile Broadband Terms and Conditions

Capped Data - means data is capped at the monthly allowance listed. Your plan is capped by default so that you don't exceed the monthly quota of your plan. If your plan quota runs out before the end of the month, the service will be stopped until the following month begins.
Important note for Capped plans – Where the customer is in a session at the time that they reach their monthly data limit, the session may continue beyond the Cap. Where possible, Riverland Internet and our Supplier/mobile network carrier will attempt to stop plans at the data cap. This may cause loss or corruption of data in the current session being uploaded or downloaded. Riverland Internet accepts no responsibility for loss or corruption of such data transfers.

Uncapped Data – means that your plan will continue working if you go over your monthly allowance listed on your plan. You can choose to Uncap your plan and you will be charged for additional data at $0.09c/MB until the following month begins.
WARNING: the Uncapped option can leave you open to “bill shock” meaning an unexpectedly high bill at the end of the month for excess data. Riverland Internet offers this option as a convenience for customers wanting flexibility in data usage but we do NOT recommend this option. 1GB = 1024MB, on an Uncapped plan you would expect to pay $92.16 per GB of excess data used, plus your normal monthly access and data charge.
