We have a 56,000 kl water allocation and approximately 6 acres of grapes which are contracted to BRL Hardy by means of a 15 year 'rolling contract' and nets approximately $30,000 per annum.

There are several other varieties of grapes which we use for wine making products produced on our property being very popular with our patrons. We also have a large 'kitchen orchard'.
